Sweet potato chips

On the menu today, sweet potato chips. Now,I’ve never liked sweet potato but these were just amazing and SUPER easy.You can easily change quantity and the taste and how crisp you want,so basically you can change everything.I started with one small one because I didn’t know what it would taste like. Actually there isn’t even any specific recipe required. It’s so flexible.

The fist step is to peel the sweet potatoes and use a slicer or chop it really REALLY thin. Add whatever spices and herbs you want.


And while doing this I had a Himalayan salt volcano explosion 😀 


Anyway, just pop them in the oven at about 190 degrees Celsius. It’ll take about 15 to 20 minutes.
