Back to basics

This is a post to perfect the very basics of baking in an oven,including:

– Sponge cake(egg-less and with egg)

– Mousse(not chocolate mousse)

-Tart

-Glaze

-Cookies

-Meringue

-Cupcakes(new molds!)

-Frosting (never succeeded before)

-Bread

-Pizza base

-Red velvet cake

-cheesecake

and since my trusted companion has always been a microwave for cakes ,baking in an oven will be a challenge.
