In a topsy-turvy world

On today’s menu is a upside-down mango cake! So I made caramel for the very first time and I think I did a good job except it melted while the cake was baking and came out in the oven and now I have a messy place with no caramel. I had the extended- family gang taste the cake and they loved it and so did my parents.

I admit it’s not the prettiest of cakes but IT IS YUMMY!
